  • Any training outside your home — including office gyms, apartment fitness centers, local studios, or outdoor spaces.

  • Not necessarily. If equipment is available, I’ll integrate it into your program. If not, I’ll bring everything you’ll need.

  • For most Tulsa-area sessions, no. If the location is significantly outside the metro, we’ll discuss any additional costs upfront.
