A Controlled, Private Environment
Relevé sessions take place in a dedicated, appointment-only private studio in Midtown Tulsa. This allows for a quieter, more focused environment — free from crowds, interruptions, or sensory overload.
For adult beginners, dancers, and clients recovering from injury or trauma, the training environment matters. A private studio allows movement to be learned with intention, safety, and respect for each client’s nervous system.
How to start:
Quick consult (free): We clarify goals, injuries, and schedule.
Foundation session: Baseline movement screen + first tailored workout.
Your plan: Progressive programming you can actually stick with.
Good to know: I bring the essentials (free weights + ballet-inspired tools). A yoga-mat-sized space is plenty. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
