How getting started works

  1. Quick consult (free): We clarify goals, injuries, schedule, and space.

  2. Foundation session: Baseline movement screen + first tailored workout.

  3. Your plan: Progressive programming you can actually stick with.

Good to know: I bring the essentials (free weights + ballet-inspired tools). A yoga-mat-sized space is plenty. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
